Lots of SALTY reviews about this application only because folks had a bad experience in person with CU. But this app is admittedly very solid and has no issues. In fact, it's better than some other CU mobile banking such as Nusenda. Also like to add that SAFCU is partnered with Zelle, making sending money easier.

The app and even their Website is terrible. It keeps asking you to enter login info (even when you are already logged in) to enter each new online bill pay. Terrible. I tried calling their IT department and I was told it is for all security, but when I told them that I am already logged in. They kept saying it is for additional security. What a sorry excuse.
